These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Beast Buds ("we", "us", "our"), a catering company based in Lebanon. By inquiring about or booking our catering services, you agree to these terms.
Beast Buds provides catering services for corporate events, private parties, and outdoor BBQ events. All service details, menus, and pricing are communicated and agreed upon directly between Beast Buds and the client prior to any booking confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only upon written agreement and receipt of any required deposit as communicated by Beast Buds. Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each event. Beast Buds reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and costs already incurred.
All content published on Beast Buds social media accounts — including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — is the intellectual property of Beast Buds. Our social media automation system uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish content to our own account in compliance with TikTok's developer terms and policies.
Beast Buds is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect service delivery. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and directly with clients.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
